The Chakra Coaching program includes both basic and in-depth information about each of the seven main chakras. We will create awareness around the energy of each chakra, including the conscious and unconscious manifestations that show up in your life. The coaching will be centered on the awareness, blocks and decision making within each chakra’s energy.

This program is great for those who want to understand and build awareness around the chakra system and how these points of consciousness affect your life physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. We will also explore the healing opportunities connected to each chakra.

Why not just read a book? Because you WILL have questions. I will be there to guide your process. There is also an energy exchange during our time together that will allow for greater understanding, absorption and change. Our connection will evoke the things that need to happen to move energy forward.
