Do not be ashamed of the scar you bare or the trigger you share. Do not point fingers at the darkness and forcefully attempt to cast it away. Greet each as a messenger… a guide. However graceful… however messy, the time is now to muster up the courage to explore.
When we tell ourselves we NEED healing from these things, we tell ourselves we are not whole. We project to the world that we are less than and unworthy of love and undeserving of abundance until we are healed. This limiting belief resists (and many times stops) pure love from entering your space, creating a cycle of untruths.
So, be gentle, not shameful. Be compassionate, not blameful. Be brave, not "broken."
